Course Description

Ph.D. Legal Studies is a 3 years postgraduate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Foundations of Business Law, Human Rights Law, International Business, Public Law, Judicial Process, Global Business Environments, Law and Courts, Law and Society in Historical Perspective, Antitrust Policies, Civil Rights Law, Industrial Organization, etc. The course takes a research based approach. On completion of the course, one can work as Legal Practitioners, Legal Advisors, Consultants, Researcher, Jurist, Social Worker, Lawyer, Solicitor, etc. Applicants can further become a lecturer.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have Masters or M.Phil. degree in relevant stream from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks and also with valid Ph.D. entrance test (e.g. GATE, NET etc) along with the interview.
