Course Description

Ph.D. (Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering) is a 3 years postgraduate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Microbial Ecology, Cytogenetics, Cancer Biology, Aquatic Mycology, Mycology, Sewage Microbes, Organic Farming, Animal Physiology, Plant Pathology, Applications of Genetics, Biogenetics, etc. The course takes a research based approach. Eligibilty

The candidate should have Masters or M.Phil. degree in relevant stream from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks and also with valid Ph.D. entrance test (e.g. GATE, NET etc) along with the interview.
