Course Description
The study demonstrates the legal regulation of the telecommunications industry, information technology, broadcasting, advertising, the entertainment industry, censorship, and internet and online services among others. Candidates practice their handson legal issues that arise in the field of media law including Intellectual property ,Defamation,Confidentiality Privacy, Freedom of Information, Employment, Commercial contracts. This course provides distinction between the areas of law which involves media of all types and stretches over various legal fields, including but not limited to corporate, finance, intellectual property, publicity and privacy.
