B.Voc Catering Technology and Hotel Management is a 3 years undergraduate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Fundamentals of Food science, Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front office Operation, Housekeeping Operation, Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, Computer Fundamentals, Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Catering Science, Advance Food Production, Advance Food and Beverage Service, Event Management, Human Resource Management, Travel & Tourism, Hotel Accountancy, Hospitality Marketing, etc. The course takes a theoretical and practical based approach. On completion of the course, one can work as Front Office Executive, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Steward, etc. Applicants can further go into research or become a lecturer.
