Course Description
The B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship) is a 3 years undergraduate course designed for students who are planning to pursue ACS to become a company secretary. The course focuses on study of the concepts and processes of corporate governance, with major focus on the areas of secretarial practices and company laws. The syllabus consists of topics like organizational behaviour, financial markets, company law, tax laws, HRM, financial management, commercial laws, business ethics, marketing management, etc. On completion of the course, students can work for business firms and organisations.
