Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture is a course that centres around the design of interiors and some specific exteriors for buildings, their layout and space planning, fitting, technical and structural resolution, furnishing and decoration. Candidates gain insight into the social implications of design and understand at a deeper level of how design and community interact in the real world. The course trains the candidates to create interiors, specifications including presentation drawings, materials specification, lighting, furniture proposals and construction detailing. Candidates should have an interest in the art of decorating, creativity, imagination and CAD.
