Course Description
B.Sc Catering and Hotel Administration aim is to provide knowledge and skills to handle decisively the management and supervising responsibilities in the hotel sector. Students applying for this course should persist good communication skills, interpersonal skills, patience, good leadership qualities and management skills. The course consists of subjects for teaching from a mixture of theoretical to the practical aspect on cleaning science, banquets and catering, food hygiene, beverage and bar operations, customer service, financial control and accounting, human resources, marketing, management, and organizational behaviour.
