Course Description
B.Sc. (Hons.) in Anthropology is a 3 years undergraduate degree that focuses on the study of what makes us human. The course focuses on the evolution of man and also the socio-cultural development of humans. It also includes topics like the study of several branches of anthropology (Socio-cultural, Biological-Physical, Applied, Linguistic and Archaeological) that deals with various aspects of human developments, from a scientific viewpoint. The program curriculum covers topics such as Biological Anthropology, Bio-ANTA, Archaeological Anthropology, Arcanta: Introduction, Basic Concept, Theory And Methods, Arcanta: Field Archaeology, Palaeo Environment and Chronology, Social and Cultural Anthropology, Scanta: Introduction to Anthropology, Panta, Archaeological Anthropology, etc.
