Course Description
Blockchain technology is used to teach the general public about distributed computing and cryptocurrency, among other things. Global use of blockchain technology in insurance, financial services, health care, supply chain, the Internet of Things (IoT), and other fields has prompted large corporations to migrate to blockchain platforms. Because of its principal use in bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies such as ethereum, blockchain has gained widespread attention; nevertheless, it is now being used in other areas such as time stamping, tracking of crucial events, transactions, and electronic governance. Providing students with a practical grasp of important areas and different advancements in `Blockchain Technology` is the goal of this course. This specialty is intended for people who want to pursue careers as entrepreneurs or professionals in the rapidly developing field of blockchain technology. The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialty in Blockchain Technology provided by the institution is intended to give students with exposure to the field of Computer Science while simultaneously allowing them to specialise in Blockchain Technology. Students will get knowledge and skills necessary to create Blockchain applications in a range of relevant sectors as a result of this curriculum.
