B. Tech in Biotechnology is a multidisciplinary degree that involves combined applications from Agriculture, Biochemistry, Genetics, Medicine, and Microbiology. This four-year full-time course aims to provide knowledge of important techniques, tools, practices, methodologies required in critical processes such as the development of drugs, treatment of cancer, removal of pollutants from the environment and disease resistant high yielding crops. This course aims to educate the candidates in the different ideas of Biology for altering the natural frameworks, cell structures, and the organic procedures so they can be utilized in Engineering, Medication and Technology related applications requiring bio-items.
