B.Tech in Electronics and Computer Engineering- Information Assurance & Security is a 4 years undergraduate Engineering course. The course integrates both Computer Science and Electronics Engineering and specialized in programme of ‘Information Assurance & Security’ which is process of assuring information and managing risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of data and systems and used for those purposes. Along with regular subjects of electronics and computer science students learn about hacking software, network security, data forensics, cryptography and information security system development maintenance. Upon completion of the programme candidates can expect to pursue career as Security Software developer, Information assurance engineer, Security system tester in large Software corporations and data security companies.
