Bachelor of Technology in Material Science Engineering is an undergraduate course. It is a 4 Year interdisciplinary programme combining the fundamental science such as chemistry, physics along with electronic, chemical, mechanical and bio engineering. The topics of study would involve metals, ceramics, polymers, semiconductors, and composites. The specializations available in this course are Polymeric and Biomedical Materials, Nano-structured materials & Nanotechnology, Semiconductors, Optoelectronics & Information storage materials, Engineering Materials and Processing.
