Course Description

Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology in Food Technology is five years full-time Integrated engineering program offered by University of Engineering and Management, Jaipur and approved by UGC. The course studies application of food science to selection, preservation, processing, packaging, distribution, and use of nutritious and safe food. The subjects covered during the course are packaging technology, food microbiology, food chemistry, and dairy technology.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (science stream + English) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
