Course Description

Diploma in Food Production course aims for industries like hotel, restaurant, food outlet, resorts, railways, airlines, cruise liners, et al which require trained personnel to supervise operations related to food. The program comprises both theoretical and practical approach of the study and mainly focuses on food production, its management, quality assurance, maintenance, presentation, etc. The focus, however, is laid on practical training in addressing the catering related aspects of various food items of the hospitality industry.
