Course Description

Executive Entrepreneurship Program is a 4 months postgraduate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Positioning as an Entrepreneur - Starting Your own Business, Understanding Business Models for Start-Ups, Opportunity Identification & Generating Ideas, Innovation and Creativity as Source of Opportunity, Industry and Competitor Analytics, Legal Foundation for Start-Up, Contract Act & SLA, Procurement & Tendering, Finance flows for Start-Ups, Information Technology Structuring for Start-UP, Marketing strategies & Analytics, Growth Strategy Management, Game Theory Approach - New Venture, Human Capital Acquisition & Management, Risk Management & Analytics, Business Valuation and Processes, Business Plan for Funding Pitch, Exit Strategies and Processes, etc. The course takes a theoretical based approach. On completion of the course, one can start his own start up or a consultancy agency. Applicants can further go into research or become a lecturer.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with a Minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
