Course Description

Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) in Finance is a 4 years Doctoral level course specialized in management operations in the Financial domain. The Course provides students with a detailed understanding of Financial and Trade strategies in Management. The course covers a wide range of fundamentals in the field of commerce like Managerial Accounting and Control, International Financial Management, Theory of Finance, Strategic Issues in Finance, Management of Financial Institutions etc. Upon completion of the programme candidates can expect to get job placements as Financial Managers, Corporate controllers, Business analysts, Relationships managers etc and Consultants etc in Banking, Insurance firms, Pension and Mutual Funds etc . Starting salaries can be expected to range from 4 to 10 Lakhs per annum depending on the organisation and job position. Eligibility criteria is Merit based and candidates are expected to complete a post graduate degree in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks followed by management entrance exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, GATE, GRE etc. Course Fees in Universities are somewhere between 2 lakhs to 15 Lakhs INR depending on the institutions.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have Masters or M.Phil. degree in relevant stream from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks and also with valid Ph.D. entrance test (e.g. GATE, NET etc) along with the interview.
