Course Description
The focus of the study is to understand what makes individuals commit crimes or act in a criminal manner. The study also focuses on determining the impact of the crime on society, the causes of crime and the individuals who commit the crime. Criminal justice is the structure of laws, rules and agencies designed to hold criminals accountable for their misdeeds and help them to restore their victims as much as possible. The study of Criminal law reflects as the system of law enforcement, involving police, lawyers, courts, and corrections, used for all stages of criminal proceedings and punishment.
