Course Description

The Master of Human Resource Development, or MHRD, is a two-year postgraduate degree programme that has grown in popularity in recent years. The four-semester course covers a variety of topics, including human behaviour, organisational behaviour, labour laws, performance appraisal, and counselling. In India, the average yearly cost for studying MHRD is between INR 25,000 and 4,00,000. Following completion of the MHRD programme, candidates may seek employment as Human Resource Managers, Recruiting Officers, Administrators, Human Resource Directors, and Customer Relations Managers, among other positions. If students choose to continue their education after finishing MHRD, they may enrol in further courses such as a PhD in Human Resources. Additionally, they may enrol in critical certification courses like as Soft Skills, Conflict Management, and Ethics. This course will cover critical aspects of psychology such as human behaviour, organisational behaviour, and behavioural research. The course`s primary objective is to develop applicants into competent and understanding human resource professionals equipped with the necessary information about contemporary human resource practises in the industry. After finishing the course, applicants will be able to analyse human behaviour and connect more effectively with workers, enabling them to become more effective human resource professionals. After finishing MHRD, individuals will have little difficulty finding work in the Human Resource Department of any industry.

Level: Post-Graduate Duration: 2 years Mode: Full time Eligibility: graduation in relevant streams, with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Admissions are based on merit and entance exams.
