Course Description

This course is designed in a way in which the candidates learn how to reduce the gap between harvested food and available food by changing the mode of a finished product, i.e., processing, packaging and storage conditions, etc. The main focus of this program for the candidates would be on healthy food, diets, calories, nutrition status, etc. The course helps for planning and managing a production process from raw materials to finished products taking food safety and quality into account.

Eligibilty

candidates should have passed a B.E./B.Tech. in relevant subject with 60% or equivalent CGPA. Some of the very reputed universities and colleges conduct an entrance examination for admission.
