The study of space technology was introduced by space science for use in astronautics to explore outer space beyond Earth's atmosphere. This course introduces the concept of spaceflight, an application that is used for space exploration. It opens up to many space mysteries, the existence of planets and exoplanets, stars, quasars and much more. Candidates can develop their spatial knowledge on application and systems of space stations. The main purpose of this course is to enhance candidates skills in navigation, location, positioning and timing of delivering and managing space stations with respect to both civilian and military uses. The candidates also acquire knowledge on implementation of services such as remote sensing, satellite navigation, supporting infrastructure equipment's and space warfare.
