Course Description
Students enrolled in the course are imparted advanced specialization in a wide range of practical applications and technologies used in the wireless communication breakthroughs happening towards technological revolution.
Such candidates are offered both theoretical and practical knowledge about the various aspects of wireless communication technology, with the course covering fundamentals of digital communications and networking.
The curriculum involves topics such as:
Basics of information theory, sampling and quantization.
Data networking which includes multiple access, reliable packet transmission, routing and protocols of the internet.
Eligible candidates are taught to successfully operate in, and contribute to the modern world of communication technology via wireless modes, as also for pursuing higher studies and research in the discipline. The course’s curriculum is a blend of both theoretical and practical components of the study.
Graduation needs to have been completed in any of Electronics Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics Telecommunication Engineering (ETE), Instrumentation Control Engineering (ICE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), and Information Technology (IT).
