Course Description
M.Sc. Home Science – Foods and Nutrition is a post-graduation program for students who have an interest in exploring food science in the future. This course helps students in understanding the sensible implementation of food science and technology and subjects related to the course.
The degree will focus on 3 specializations- Public Health Nutrition, Health Clinic Nutrition, Food Science & Nutrition. Students will get to know about the food tastes and also the method of food intake, the benefits of diets, and the metabolism of the body. This course will provide students with information of various food compositions, the quality, and Safety of Food, and an advanced understanding of the influence of exercises.
