M.Sc. Human Nutrition & Nutraceuticals is a 2 Year Postgraduate Programme that revolves around the relationship of diet, health and disease. Nutraceuticals is a common term for a group of products that aid in prevention and treatment of diseases. They are neither medicines nor common food, such as isolated nutrients, dietary supplements, Herbal products, prebiotics, probiotics etc. Training includes advanced human nutrition, Advanced dietetics, Community Nutrition, Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Safety & Quality Control, Food Biotechnology etc. Graduates can work as Consultant Dietitian, Technology Dietitians, Supervisory Dietitian, Coaching/Counseling Dietitian, Eating Disorders Dietitian, Researcher etc.
