Course Description

M.Tech Computer Network and Information Security is a full-time 2-year program that comprises of various sectors dealing with different aspects of the use of networking and covers the study of network computing, troubleshoots, cryptography and laws. This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the different methodologies which can be used to secure data. The program dwells into the investigation of network and information security breaches and how can they be prevented. The primary objective of this course is to create professionals that have advanced, in-depth theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the field, necessary skillset, and extensive training required to work in some of the major industries of this field.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed B.E / B.Tech from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams and/or require a valid GATE score for admission to this course.
