Course Description

M.Tech Integrated Circuits Technology is full time two year postgraduate degree course, recognized by AICTE. The program aims at training the students to handle problems in industry and research laboratories through combined use of mathematical and computational techniques. The emphasis is on training them in various aspects of theoretical computer science, computational techniques, mathematical modeling, simulation, probabilistic and statistical tools. An integrated circuit or IC is a small chip that functions as an amplifier, timer, oscillator, microprocessor, or even computer memory. Students will be able to learn effectively and efficiently about devices and process technology for silicon manufacturing used in integrated circuits. They will gain exposure to current and future integrated circuit devices and interconnects technology.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed B. E./B. Tech./M.Sc in engineering or sciences discipline from a recognized university with Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and a valid score in GATE.
