Course Description

Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Solid State Technology is a Post Graduate program of specialized field. The span of this course is 2 years with 4 semesters and Course affirmed by UGC. The course focuses on the study of solid matters. Subjects covered in this course includes crystal structures, nano-structures, wave diffraction and quantum phonons. The main focus being on matters in its solid stage. This course opens doors to many career options.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Engineering Physics or M.Sc in Physics/ Applied Physics/M.S. in Integrated Physics from a recognized university. BE/B.Tech/Master of Science or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 out of 10 for General & OBC category and minimum of 55% marks or CGPA 6.0 out of 10 for SC/ST & PD categories. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
