M.Tech in VLSI Design and Embedded System is a full-time 2-year program that is mainly focused on Material Science and Electrical Engineering and involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts and their application in the creation of Integrated Circuits. This course aims to facilitate problem-solving, reasoning & logical skills and to impart to students an advanced, in-depth knowledge as well as training and its application in the development of innovative methods and solutions to computing problems and technical systems, design and develop different VLSI Designs and technologies with the use of embedded systems. Throughout the duration of this course, some of the core areas of study are also covered such as IC Fabrication Technology, Analogue IC Design, Digital VSLI Design, Embedded System Design, Hardware Description Languages, Low Power VSLI Design, Embedded System for wireless and mobile communication, Signal Processing, Adaptive Signal Processing, Embedded Control System etc.
