Course Description

MOT Neurosciences is a 2 Year Postgraduate Programme. Occupational therapy aims at restoring the mental and physical functioning of an individual with disability/ illness to the highest possibility. Neuroscience is an interdisciplinary field that deals with the nervous system. Subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, Psychology, Computer Science, Philosophy, Medicine are incorporated in the field of study. MOT in Neuroscience is designed to equip the students to help patients with nervous wounds, diseases, handicaps and various other difficulties to regain their daily functioning to the highest possible level. After completing the course, one can pursue their career as Neurologist, Biochemist, Neurobiologist, Psychophysicist, Educational Psychologist, Community Mental Health Worker, Psycho-pharmacologist, Animal Neurologist, Neuropathologist, Neurophysiologist.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with a Minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
