Course Description
Ph.D. Energy & Environmental Planning is a 3 years doctorate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Environmental Policy, Politics and Organizations, Environmental Econ: Quantitative Methods & Tools, Landscape Planning and Analysis, Land Use Planning & Development Management, Ecology: Concepts and Applications, etc. The course takes a theoretical based approach. On completion of the course, one can work as policy analysts, advocates, planners, program managers, and leaders in nonprofit environmental organizations, land trusts, all levels of government, consulting firms, and corporations. Applicants can further go into research or become a lecturer.
