Course Description

Space Technology is the branch of science (or engineering) that deals with the study of the Universe. Ph.D in in space technology covers several fields with emphasis e.g. on electronic spacecraft instrumentation such as magnetometers and star cameras; on electromagnetic systems such as antennas, radars and radiometers; on attitude control systems; on signal and statistical processing techniques for remote sensing data from satellites and aircrafts. The course gives the candidates the opportunity to work with companies who work in the making of advanced technologies.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have Masters or M.Phil. degree in relevant stream from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks and also with valid Ph.D. entrance test (e.g. GATE, NET etc) along with the interview.
