Course Description

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is also an undergraduate course which traverses the path similar to that of B.Sc Nursing. The duration of Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is two years. Also referred to as P.B.B.Sc Nursing, the course provides a holistic mixture of hands-on training and classroom lectures. It aims at creating nurses who are healthcare professionals and experts in working at hospitals or outpatient facilities. Its objective is to train the students with as much experiential learning as possible so that they are skilled and gain mastery in providing the best care to patients by monitoring the medical condition of the patients, administering medications, communicating with doctors, maintaining records etc.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 science stream or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
