Course Description
This program encompasses education of individuals in the principles, practices, and theory of law. Candidates are provided with necessary knowledge and skills for admission to legal practice in a particular jurisdiction, to provide a greater breadth of knowledge to those working in other professions such as politics or business. The study also focuses on related sub topics including Criminal Law, Property Law, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Family Law and also International Law. This program is specifically designed to identify, cultivate, and promote promising scholars early in their careers with a primary interest in private law.
