Course Description

PG Diploma in Culinary Arts is a post-graduate programme that trains a student in food preparation and cooking. During this course, students are taken through the various subjects involving food preparation techniques, presentation skills, various cuisines, nutrition, food history.The programme prepares the student for a career in Food & Beverage Production area of the Hospitality Industry with emphasis on culinary arts. It ensures to equip the student with the skills required to become a Food & Beverage Production professional.

Eligibilty

A candidate for admission to the One Year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Culinary Arts must have passed the Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bachelor of Business Management / Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel / Hospitality (with a minimum of two years of Food Production instruction), Graduates in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel, Hospitality and Tourism streams) with at least two years of instruction in food production, B.Sc. Hotel Management, B.A. in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Graduates from any recognized University.
