Corporate Managers develop and manage a corporation's sales team. The corporate manager is on the front lines negotiating deals with clients, also has HR responsibilities, such as coming up with improvement plans for underperforming employees, training new team members; corporate manager works in an office setting, travelling for meetings at various places, conferences to maintain a robust network and attend industry events.

• Provide administrative and operational assistance at the highest level and advice on financial concerns, facility renovations, and personnel management.
• Responsible for making critical administrative decisions and making recommendations to high management.
• Coordinate and analyse research and planning strategies.
• Manage staff to ensure the efficient and smooth running of business operations.
