Course Description
DM Cardiovascular Radiology and Endovascular Interventions is a doctoral degree. The course includes Radiology which is specialized in medicine that uses imaging techniques to diagnose diseases. In cardiovascular radiology, imaging techniques are used to diagnose diseases of the heart and blood vessels. Endovascular surgery is an innovative less invasive procedure used to treat problems affecting the blood vessels, such as an aneurysm, which is a swelling or "ballooning" of the blood vessel. The surgery involves making a small incision near each hip to access the blood vessels.
