Course Description
MBA in Organizational Behaviour and Human resources is a post-graduation management specialisation course of 2 years duration. It is a business management program that imparts knowledge of Human behaviours both on individual and organizational levels and is aimed at maximising employee performance in the organization.
The course covers a wide range of fundamentals of business management related to Organizational behaviour and Human resources like HRM econometrics, Fundamentals of HRM, Employment relations laws, organizational behaviours, HR audit, HRM planning and management, Employee empowerment etc.
Upon completion of the programme candidates can expect to get placements as Staffing director, HR Generalist, Technical recruiter, Compensation manager, Employee relations manager etc. Employment or Placement Manager etc in Medium to Large scale MNCs. Starting salaries can be expected to range from 5 to 15 Lakhs per annum depending on the company.
Eligibility criteria is Merit based and candidates are expected to complete at least a Bachelor’s degree followed by cracking entrance exams like CAT, GMAT, CMAT etc. Average Fees for the course is somewhere between 50K to 10 Lakhs INR depending on the institutions. Many premier Business Schools like IIMs provide this course.
