Corporate Secretaryship, often known as M.Com. Corporate Secretaryship or Master of Commerce in Corporate Secretaryship, is a postgraduate study in corporate management. It is the most recent and substantial addition to the management programmes already in place. The curriculum is intended to educate students about general management, corporate accounting, corporate finance, corporate law, and human resource management, as well as computer languages such as VB, Oracle, Java, and C++.
