Course Description
Ph.D in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering is 3-5 years research based program. The program that aims to train students in the field of soil and water conservation by imparting holistic and comprehensive theoretical as well as practical knowledge in this field. This course focuses on innovative methods and techniques to control and overcome issues like erosion, drainage, flood control, water resource development etc. and effective use of soil and water. The main aim of this course is to create professionals who can effectively add to improving the richness and profitability of the Indian provincial land, and reduce the utilization of fertilizers and chemicals through efficient and productive water preservation and management techniques..The course also consists of project work and generating thesis at the end of the program, the topic will be suggested by the faculty of the colleges.
