Course Description

Doctor of Science [DSc] doesn’t involve attending regular classes or studying. There is no particular syllabus for this course. While pursuing this course, students have to submit their thesis. Based on the thesis submitted and after further examination, candidates are awarded this honorary degree. This degree involves only research work or students can also choose to teach in some global universities as well. The aim of this degree is to identify some of the meritorious scholars in a particular discipline. The college/ university offering this degree does a deep and extensive evaluation of the contributions made by the individual applying for this honorary degree. In order to succeed in this degree course, candidates have to put in a large number of efforts and deep knowledge.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have PhD in any discipline or relevant stream from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks and also with valid Ph.D. entrance test (e.g. GATE, NET etc) along with the interview.
