Course Description
Ph.D Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management is a 3 years doctoral course. The course curriculum covers topics like Foundations of Organizational Behavior, Analysis of Variance, Applied Regression Analysis, Work and Organizations, Psychology of Small Groups, Applied Multivariate Analysis, Readings in OBHR, Research Methods Behavioral Science, Innovation in Organizational Change, etc. The course takes a research based approach. On completion of the course, one can work as HR Assistant, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR director, etc. Applicants can further go into research or become a lecturer.
